Measurement

The measuring of space is dependent upon existing plans. If these are available in practically the final version, true to scale and with the inclusion of dimensioning, only a visual building inspection is necessary.  However, in the event that no final plans are available, a quantity survey will be carried out – whereby the type of measurement is dependent upon the space. In the process, we use the most modern laser measurement equipment and thereby calculate the gross and net floor areas.
